UNREAL - The Company (UNique Recreational Experiences And Leisure) was formed in 1999 to bring unique recreational experiences and leisure activities to Southern Africa and beyond.  UNREAL's founder Tim Dawson has worked extensively in the field of adventure activity design, construction and consultancy in the United Kingdom, Europe and Southern Africa. This includes ropes courses, big swings, climbing walls, extreme zip slides and various other experiential leisure activities.

UNREAL is one of the world leaders in consultation, design and construction of extreme zip slides.

UNREAL - The Company is based at Sun City, South Africa’s Kingdom of Pleasure, 2 hours from Johannesburg and nestled within the hills of the ancient volcano which make up the Pilanesberg National Park.

At Sun City, apart from the world's original extreme zip slide, UNREAL also designed and built the Maze of the Lost City and the amazing robe bridge that leads from the Entertainment Centre to The Maze.

The UNREAL team is available for consultancy on construction and management of ziplines and other adventure and leisure activities.  With a broad range of experience, the team is well positioned to provide advice on construction, safety standards, operation, maintenance and management.

We intend to grow a selection of products and produce with the emphasis on using organic and sustainable, low water farming techniques married with the use of new strains and experimental cultivars. We intend to produce products that can used in UNREAL’ s existing outlets and to also enable our ever expanding workforce to supplement their ever increasing food bill by giving them access to cheap fresh healthy produce.
